They're soft, not that hard, stiff plastic some hats are made with. The fit is good and overall we are happy with the product. Would buy again!

These folks are awesome. They realized after they got back from the weekend that my package had been sent back for whatever reason. They offered me a free hat for the delay. Exactly as pictured, perfectly distressed! I plan on getting a lot of use out of this hat! I love that the mesh is softer and more flexible than other similar style hats that I own. Very comfortable to wear!
Also, they didn’t have the color of hat that I preferred listed, I bought the only color available in the style I wanted and just added a note when checking out and they were very quick about messaging me and giving me more options! I was very thankful for that!
